Carlos Torres

Founder
Carlos is our owner and enjoys helping our customers with thier concerns regarding vehicle repairs. He is also a certified master technician and factory trained in BMW automobiles. He brings an added dimension to our team. He is probably the best diagnostic technician in the area. He never gives up, even on the the most stubborn problem. Carlos is fluent in Spanish as well.

Jose Alcantar

Shop Foreman

Jose has been with Precision since 2016.

Prior to working here he worked for Southbay BMW in Torrance Ca. and also at Concord BMW as a BMW technician. After graduating from Universal Technical Institute he moved on to the Ford FACT program and eventually finished his schooling in Ontario Ca. for BMW . He adds his diagnostic expertise to our team at Precision Auto Care.

Bryan Gonzalez

Technician
Bryan has been an employee with Precision since 2016. Bryan previously worked as a mechanic at a tire shop. His career started after finishing school at Universal Technical Institute in 2010. He is a well rounded technician, his talents include anything from regular services to AC repair and anything in between. To keep up with the ever changing industry Bryan enjoys going to training as frequently as possible. In the time he is not at the shop he is spending time with his 3 beautiful children.

Fernando Cortes

Fernando started working in Precision in 2024.

Nacho Hernandez

Nacho has been working in Precision since 2022.

Joel Amaro

Technician

Joel assists the technicians and helps keep the shop running smoothly. He's been working with Precision since 2020. From maintaining tools and receiving cars, to building maintenance and cleaning. 

Joel also works at another shop where he works on everything from trucks to Harleys. When he is not working, he is restoring his own vehicle, a 1964 Volkswagen Beetle.

Amber Queen

Service Adviser
Amber has been with Precision since 2016. She started off her career in the customer service industry in 2008. The transition into the automotive industry was a big one but she does have a passion to provide the best experience possible. She is naturally a very inquisitive person and learning new things to her is exciting, she is always up for a challenge. In her spare time she enjoys attending concerts and staying at home relaxing with her dogs.

Lorena Torres

Service Adviser
Lorena has been with Precision since 2016. Her automotive background stemmed from her brothers passion for providing high quality auto repair. She is fluent in English and Spanish and attends various training to keep up to date. She enjoys baseball games and boxing in her free time.

Stephanie Vaughan

Office Manager
Stephanie is our office manager. She has been with Precision since 2000. She is ASE certified as well as a service adviser. Her customer service skills are simply amazing. She can build you an estimate or tell you why your check engine lamp might be on. She really knows her car stuff!

Julio Reyes

Julio has been working for Precision since 2024.

Erika Angeles

Office Assistant

Erika started in 2024. Previously she worked in Texas as a head house keeper for a hospital. She is learning a lot about what goes into fixing and maintaining vehicles, but is eager to learn so much more. Erika is currently organizing records, making courtesy calls and appointment reminders. Last but not least, she is available to take you to home or work when you drop off your car with us.
